Requirements

• Define and maintain a consistent operating rhythm for product analytics reviews, business reviews, and performance reporting
• Translate complex behavioral, usage, and engagement data into clear, actionable insights
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-service analytics tools
• Partner with data engineering teams to ensure data pipelines, instrumentation, and tracking support product analytics needs
• Identify opportunities to improve connected vehicle experiences through data-driven experimentation, A/B testing, and cohort analysis
• Develop and monitor metrics tied to customer lifetime value (CLV), engagement, and retention across digital product touchpoints
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to influence product strategy and roadmap prioritization
