Role Overview

The Marketing Analyst Sr Staff is responsible for driving customer engagement, digital adoption, retention, and growth across the organization. This role develops and implements effective marketing strategies and collaborates with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience and accomplish business goals.

What You Will Do

Drive customer growth, engagement, and retention; develop a deep understanding of the target audience and their needs; conduct analyses to uncover insights about customer behaviors, preferences, and pain points; analyze the customer journey and identify opportunities to optimize the experience, increase retention, and drive adoption and growth.

Requirements
