Role Overview

We are seeking a driven, consultative, and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to help accelerate the growth of a rapidly expanding technology talent solutions company.

Outbound Prospecting, Pipeline Development, CRM & Sales Operations, Continuous Improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B Business Development, Sales Development, Recruiting Sales, Staffing, SaaS Sales, or a similar outbound sales role
  • Proven success booking meetings with founders, executives, department leaders, or hiring managers
  • Strong consultative selling and prospecting skills
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar sales platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Advanced English (C1) required
  • Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections professionally
  • Experience working remotely in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability during U.S. business hours
