We are seeking a driven, consultative, and results-oriented Business Development Representative (BDR) to help accelerate the growth of a rapidly expanding technology talent solutions company.

Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B Business Development, Sales Development, Recruiting Sales, Staffing, SaaS Sales, or a similar outbound sales role
- Proven success booking meetings with founders, executives, department leaders, or hiring managers
- Strong consultative selling and prospecting skills
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar sales platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced English (C1) required
- Strong organizational skills and CRM discipline
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections professionally
- Experience working remotely in a fast-paced environment
- Availability during U.S. business hours
