Requirements

  • Commercial mindset with a track record of hitting net revenue retention (NRR) targets through expansion and renewal
  • Ability to manage complex organisations and align multiple decision-makers to outcomes
  • Disciplined CRM habits and a structured approach to account planning and forecasting
