You will partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate business needs into scalable data models, dashboards, and actionable insights. You will design, develop, and analyze data solutions that transform raw data into meaningful information to support business decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 6+ years of experience in dashboard development, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related area
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with TIBCO Spotfire dashboard development and administration
• Strong SQL experience, including functions, stored procedures, Row-Level Security (RLS), and Attribute-Based Access Control (ABAC)
• Experience with or working knowledge of technologies such as: Data lakes and modern data architecture, Databricks, Power BI, GitHub, Python, R and Salesforce
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools to improve development efficiency, accelerate analysis, and streamline technical documentation
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving technologies, tools, and business requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams
