Etex is seeking a Site HR People Operations based in Filago, Italy, to provide operational support and advice to managers and employees, ensuring a consistent application of HR policies, proper management of processes, and compliance with labor legislation.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields
- Proven operational experience in managing personnel administration within industrial realities
- Knowledge of Legislation: In-depth knowledge of main CCNL (e.g., Ceramics, Commercial Services, and Industrial Management) and current labor law and social security regulations
- Knowledge of HR processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to build trust and credibility with employees and managers
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to excel in a matrix environment, where collaboration is a key factor for success
- High level of confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive information
- Proactive and results-oriented approach in tackling HR challenges
- Precision and Accuracy: Essential for managing sensitive contract and remuneration data
- Ability to simplify complex aspects of the pay stub or tax legislation (e.g., taxing performance awards)
