Role Overview

We are hiring an Inside Sales Specialist to grow and strengthen our dealer network. This is a relationship-driven role where you will prospect, recruit, onboard, and develop dealer partners who share our service standard.

What You Will Do

Prospect and recruit dealer partners, run outbound call and email outreach, onboard new dealers, develop existing partners, and handle objections.

Requirements

  • 2+ years in inside sales, business development, account management, or relationship-based selling
  • Comfort making outbound calls and leading structured sales conversations

  • Ability to ask good questions, listen, and uncover real motives
  • Confidence handling objections without becoming defensive or transactional
  • Organized pipeline management and consistent activity tracking
