Role Overview

The Chief Growth Officer (CGO) is a senior executive responsible for driving sustainable, scalable revenue growth across all business lines. This leader will own the full growth agenda — from market strategy and business development to data analytics, KPI architecture, and operational performance.

What You Will Do

Develop and own the company’s comprehensive growth strategy, lead business development efforts, build and refine the company’s KPI framework, analyze revenue and operational data, and drive cross-functional alignment between sales, recruiting, marketing, and operations.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of progressive experience in revenue growth and strategy leadership roles
  • Proven, demonstrable track record of driving significant revenue growth at a mid- to large-size company
  • Exceptional analytical skills
  • Experience designing or overhauling compensation structures, bonus frameworks, and performance incentive plans
  • Demonstrated success leading and transforming operational teams to meet growth objectives
  • Strong executive presence and the ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders
