Acquisition Marketing Manager

Role Overview

The role involves driving new customer acquisition, optimizing the conversion funnel, and maximizing the FanDuel referral ecosystem. The Acquisition Marketing Manager will own the “Fix the Funnel” conversion optimization and help build an industry-leading Unified Refer-a-Friend program.

What You Will Do

The responsibilities include owning the conversion optimization end-to-end, building a conversion-focused roadmap, designing and running rapid test-and-learn programs, and translating complex funnel, referral, and offer performance into clear, actionable insight.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in digital or growth marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience owning or driving conversion-rate / funnel optimization and structured A/B test-and-learn programs
• Strong cross-functional partnership skills
• Experience with referral (RAF) or lifecycle/CRM marketing
• Highly numerically literate with advanced Excel skills and experience building data visualization views
• Experience working with large datasets and translating performance data into actionable insights
• Strong attention to detail and results-oriented mindset, with a focus on objective performance measurement
• Ability to distill complex analyses into clear, concise insights for a wide range of stakeholders
• Metrics-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement of marketing performance and customer journeys
• Demonstrated analytical rigor, proactiveness, and reliability in fast-paced, test-and-learn environments
• Customer-focused mindset with a strong understanding of conversion and acquisition drivers
