Role Overview
Lead a team of backend and native mobile engineers building and evolving the loyalty and retention platform for Fetch, a company that powers tens of millions of users and hundreds of millions of transactions every month. The team is responsible for building systems and experiences that keep users engaged with Fetch over the long term.
What You Will Do
Lead a team of engineers, set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and support career growth and performance management. Partner with senior engineers to guide system design, architecture, and technical decision-making. Own delivery for the Loyalty roadmap, ensuring predictable execution and high-quality outcomes.
