CRM Manager

Role Overview

Fever is a tech platform for culture and live entertainment. The CRM Manager will lead the CRM team in building lasting relationships with users, creating personalized experiences, and strengthening loyalty.

What You Will Do

The CRM Manager will own the end-to-end CRM strategy, define the CRM playbook, and ensure CRM initiatives contribute to engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, or a related field, with experience leading a CRM team and expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience leading, managing, or coordinating a CRM team
• Deep hands-on expertise with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience working with additional ESPs such as Mailchimp, SendGrid, Braze, or similar platforms
• Proficiency in HTML and confidence reviewing and validating technical campaign implementations
• Strong experience with customer segmentation, personalization strategies, lifecycle marketing, and CRM automation
• Advanced understanding of A/B testing methodologies, dynamic content, and campaign optimization
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable business insights
• Experience leveraging behavioral, transactional, demographic, and lifestyle data to improve CRM performance
• Commercially minded and highly data-driven, with a focus on measurable impact and business outcomes
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Highly organized, capable of balancing multiple priorities while maintaining quality and team focus
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members
• Fluent in English. Spanish is a plus.
