Role Overview

Fever’s Business Development team connects the world’s best experiences with the largest audiences, helping the live entertainment industry grow and evolve. The team builds trusted, long-term partnerships with leading brands across the ecosystem, working closely with creators, producers, agencies, and cultural leaders to help them make data-driven decisions, expand their portfolios, and scale internationally.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will drive Fever’s expansion across the Spain’s entertainment industry by building and nurturing deep commercial relationships with top producers, creators, venues, and key stakeholders. You will develop and execute an innovative growth strategy to scale our market presence, expertly managing commercial strategies to ensure mutual value creation and build sustainable, long-term partnerships with event organizers.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of top tier consulting or equivalent experience
• Strong business development and partnership management skills
• Self-starter mentality with an ability to work in a demanding, dynamic start-up environment
• Demonstrated data-driven approach to business and task prioritization
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal along with strong attention to detail
• Comfort in working with Microsoft Office, Google docs, and a Sales CRM (Sugar CRM is preferred)
• Knowledge of the city’s entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends
• Fluency in English and Spanish is a must
