Role Overview

As a Product Operations Coordinator, you will be the operational backbone of Fever’s marketplace across the region (South, Central and North America). You will own the health, efficiency, and scalability of our marketplace operations – working closely with product, sales, partner management and data teams to ensure our marketplace runs smoothly, partners are set up for success, and operational processes keep pace with rapid growth.

Your responsibilities will include team leadership and coordination, product operations, and partner and stakeholder management.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience in marketplace operations, platform operations, or a closely related field
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating or leading a team
  • Strong process orientation
  • Comfortable working as a “product operations” partner
  • Analytical mindset
  • Proficiency in Excel/Sheets
  • SQL or BI tool experience is a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish
