Role Overview

The VP, Sales Enablement will provide strategic leadership for the Retail Sales organization by developing and executing an integrated enablement strategy that improves sales effectiveness, leader capability, employee development, and business performance.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive Retail Sales enablement strategy, partnering with Retail Sales leaders to identify performance gaps, and leading the design and implementation of training and development programs.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership, training and development, sales enablement, or related disciplines, and will be able to operate strategically while translating business priorities into practical, scalable programs and solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience across sales leadership, training and development, sales enablement, or related disciplines
  • Demonstrated experience leading a sales organization or sales team with accountability for sales performance and execution
  • Demonstrated experience developing and leading training, learning and development, or talent-development programs within a sales-oriented organization
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing sales enablement strategies that improve employee capability, adoption, productivity, and business performance
