Role Overview
As a key member of the Fiserv Debit Network group, the Director of Business Development and Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the Accel Network, STAR Network, and MoneyPass Network for debit payment issuer and gateway growth. You will be the face of the Fiserv Debit Network business, sharing industry insights with existing and potential clients.
What You Will Do
Develop and enhance executive client relationships with key clients including the top 100 clients, collaborate with various teams to drive business growth, create and implement strategic plans for long and short-term objectives, share market insights with key clients and act as the escalation path for issue resolution, generate and analyze business review data on a regular basis, assist merchants with improved authorization rates, submit and manage project requests to ensure completion within defined SLAs.

5+ years of experience in managing large accounts with a focus on net new and add-on sales commitments and client retention, preferably in mid to large merchant environments, 5+ years of experience in the debit payments industry, strong financial and data analysis skills, ability to travel up to 50% to client sites.
