VP, Demand Generation

Role Overview

The VP of Demand Generation will build and run the pipeline engine for Five9, a leading provider of cloud contact center software. The role is responsible for global campaign strategy, account-based marketing, partner marketing, customer marketing, events, and sales development. The leader will partner with the Chief Sales Officer, regional and segment sales leaders, and the Partner organization.

What You Will Do

Key responsibilities include owning the global campaign strategy, setting and delivering pipeline targets, building and running ABM motion, leading inbound and outbound sales development globally, owning partner marketing, and driving expansion demand into the installed base.

Requirements

• 15+ years of marketing experience
• at least 8 years leading demand generation in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology
• experience running demand across both Americas and international markets
• experience designing and scaling ABM programs for enterprise accounts
• partner or channel marketing experience
• experience owning an events portfolio at scale
• customer marketing or installed-base demand experience
• expert command of funnel metrics, attribution, campaign ROI, and budget allocation
• strong hands-on familiarity with the modern demand stack
• hands-on proficiency with modern AI tools
