Role Overview
As Head of Sales Germany, you will lead the nationwide Sales Organization and ensure that sales and growth targets are achieved. You will develop strong sales structures and lead managers to achieve performance and quality targets.
What You Will Do
Your tasks include leading and developing sales managers, ensuring transparent control and achievement of sales targets, and establishing clear routines for performance management and forecasting.

Requirements
- several years of experience in a growth-strong B2B or B2C sales organization
- experience in leading managers or larger sales teams
- strong communication, motivation, and stakeholder management skills
- ability to work data-based and make decisions in a dynamic scale-up environment
