Role Overview
Based out of our Hamilton office, this newly created Corporate Business Development Manager role is a key driver of growth across the Waikato through to Wellington region. Focused purely on new business acquisition, you’ll identify opportunities, build strategic relationships and champion fleet leasing solutions to organisations that may not yet understand the benefits of the model.
What You Will Do
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking and competitor activities, prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients, negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise contractual profit.

Requirements
- Proven success in B2B sales and customer acquisition
- A proactive, hunter mentality with the drive, resilience and self-motivation to work autonomously and achieve results
- Confidence building relationships and influencing senior stakeholders and business leaders
- Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to identify customer needs and present compelling solutions
- Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce, with excellent pipeline management and sales process discipline
