People Ops Analyst

At Félix, we’re building the financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S. We’re a hyper-growth Series B company looking for a People Ops Analyst to take ownership of payroll integrity and operational workflows. This role involves ensuring a seamless employee experience, automating and streamlining processes using technology and AI, and serving as a guardian of data accuracy.

Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Payroll, People Operations, Accounting, Finance, or Audit
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Strong attention to detail with a “detective” mindset
• Advanced skills in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Experience using HRIS or operational tools (Runa/Rippling)
• High level of disposition and autonomy
• Clear and effective communication skills, with professional fluency in English
