People Operations Specialist

We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our team at Flo, a health and fitness app with 500M+ downloads and 80M+ monthly users. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering smooth, compliant, and human-centred People Ops across the employee lifecycle, while also contributing to employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of working experience with high operational ownership
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills; service mindset and high discretion
  • Ability to work autonomously, spot issues early, and keep multiple workstreams moving in a fast-paced environment
  • Growth mindset and continuous learning orientation
  • Practical comfort using AI tools in day-to-day work
  • Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills
  • Fluent English, Lithuanian A2+
