Role Overview
The Sr. Sales Enablement Manager will be responsible for arranging, delivering, and continuously improving ForTec’s sales training and sales onboarding programs. This role will ensure Territory Sales Managers and Account Managers are equipped with the skills, tools, and messaging required to perform effectively and consistently.
What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include sales training ownership, sales onboarding, tools and technology training, and field training and coaching. The Sr. Sales Enablement Manager will develop and deliver training for sales teams, manage relationships with external training providers, and track and report on key training KPIs.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, including onboarding, field coaching, and performance improvement initiatives. Prior direct sales experience in a quota-carrying medical/medical device role is highly desirable.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related business degree
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement
- Prior direct sales experience in a quota-carrying medical/medical device role
- Experience with Sandler-Keystone or similar sales methodologies
- Knowledge of accessing and using the Internet and advanced computer skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Familiarity with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics), Ironclad CLM, Power BI, Showpad, and LMS (LearnUpon) tools
- Understanding of medical device regulatory and compliance standards
