Role Overview

We’re looking for a driven and proactive Marketing Manager to join the Foundervine team. This is a key role for someone who thrives on both strategic thinking and hands-on execution — someone who can take ownership of marketing campaigns from start to finish, while collaborating across teams to ensure alignment and impact.

What You Will Do

Plan, create and deliver multi-channel promotional campaigns to drive sign-ups for Foundervine’s programmes across social media, email and our website. Lead the execution of campaigns that promote our programmes and events, support recruitment targets, and drive brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a marketing role, with at least 1–2 years in a managerial capacity.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communication Design, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
  • A professional certification in marketing (e.g., DipM, ProM, Google Digital Garage, HubSpot) is an added advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, including mentoring junior staff and managing performance.
  • Proven experience creating and executing successful marketing campaigns that span multiple regions or international markets.
  • Confident using design and video editing tools such as Canva, Figma, Premiere Pro, Adobe Rush.
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to create copy that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot), CMS platforms, and web analytics tools.
  • Understanding of SEO, social media optimisation and email marketing.
  • Excellent project and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A fast learner, detail-oriented and highly organised.
  • Proactive team player with great communication and stakeholder management skills.
