Job Description
You will be the founding commercial lead for an NYC-based startup building voice AI for local businesses. Owning the entire zero-to-one sales motion, you’ll define the ideal customer profile, close the first batch of users, and build the company’s commercial DNA from scratch. This is a high-intensity, founder-caliber role.
What You Will Do
- Define the initial ideal customer profile and build the outbound sales playbook from the ground up.
- Close early customers through hands-on outreach, including visiting local businesses to iterate on the product pitch.
- Work closely with the technical founders to translate customer feedback into product features and strategic roadmaps.
