Senior Financial Analyst, Digital & Ad Tech

Role Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst will work on monthly budgets and forecasts, key financial reporting, ad hoc analysis, tracking of KPIs, and creating dashboards and tools to review operational performance and initiatives.

What You Will Do

Provide key budget/forecast and actuals analysis to understand the Digital Division’s financial performance, assist in the preparation of forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis, and create and maintain trackers for key operational drivers.

The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for providing key budget/forecast and actuals analysis to understand the Digital Division’s financial performance, and will partner with Finance Operations and Asset Management teams in the creation and management of Purchase Orders and Capital Requests.

Requirements

• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or another highly analytical/quantitative discipline
• 2+ years of experience in budgeting and forecasting experience
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency using Excel, with financial modeling and data mining experience
• Working knowledge of Financial Systems (i.e., Workday financials, Adaptive)
• Experience operating and thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing, results- and customer-service-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize activities, manage timelines, deal effectively with pressure, and show deep intellectual curiosity
• Ability to be a team player with a highly collaborative and team-oriented work style
• Positive attitude and solutions-oriented approach
• Ability to develop strong relationships with others and communicate effectively
