Role Overview
We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time Mobile App Growth Manager to own mobile app growth end to end: turning installs from paid and organic channels into registered, verified and funded traders.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include planning, launching and optimising app install and in-app event campaigns, owning the app UA budget and pacing, and driving web-to-app and cross-channel installs.

Requirements
- Proven experience in online retail trading (FX/CFDs), iGaming or crypto
- Experience with Apple Search Ads Advanced, Google Mobile Ads, Meta Mobile Ads, TikTok for Business and programmatic DSPs
- 4+ years in mobile app user acquisition, with hands-on ownership of a multi-channel paid budget (ideally USD 250k+ a month)
- Proven ASO results on both App Store and Google Play
- Deep working knowledge of an MMP (AppsFlyer, Adjust or Branch), SKAdNetwork and post-ATT measurement
- Strong analytical skills: cohort analysis, LTV modelling and incrementality thinking; comfortable in Excel / Google Sheets and BI dashboards
- Experience optimising to down-funnel events (registration, deposit, purchase), not just installs
- Fluent English, written and spoken
