Role Overview
Fundraise Up is building a world-class partner ecosystem as a core growth lever. The Partner Enablement Manager owns the strategy and execution of external partner enablement programs that help partners effectively position, sell, and support Fundraise Up—at scale.
What You Will Do
Build and execute a tiered enablement strategy across partner types, design structured onboarding and certification programs, own the partner webinar and workshop calendar, build and maintain a full enablement library, and manage enablement distribution through the PRM, portal, and/or LMS.

3+ years of experience in partner enablement, partnerships, channel programs, or revenue enablement in SaaS, strong facilitation and communication skills, proven ability to build enablement programs that drive revenue outcomes, and experience collaborating cross-functionally.
