Role Overview
We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team in Malaysia. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating the onboarding process for new agency partners, providing guidance and support to drive activation, sales performance, and growth. You will also be responsible for building strong relationships with agency partners, tracking key productivity metrics, and providing actionable insights.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include facilitating agency onboarding, providing product briefings, offering handholding support, serving as the primary contact point for new agency partners, tracking key productivity metrics, and providing guidance and support to agency partners.

You should have a proven track record in activating new agency partners and driving agency productivity. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline
- 5 to 8 years of experience in agency development or agency support within the life insurance industry
- Proven track record in activating new agency partners and driving agency productivity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for people development and team engagement
- Ability to manage relationships tactfully and professionally
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
