Head of Sales responsible for achieving sales targets and operating goals through field deployment and activity engagement with BDMs. Key qualifications include at least 10 years of experience in marketing/sales functions, knowledge of Takaful business and Malaysian practices, and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years working experience with 5 years in marketing / sales related functions
  • Worked in a financial institution
  • Possess board-based knowledge of the Takaful business and Malaysian practices
  • Possess the ability to apply entrepreneurial and commercial thinking to delivering business performance
  • Possess strategic and critical thinking capability
  • Excellent influential skills – able to influence people of different cultures and backgrounds
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills – must be able to communicate effectively both internally with Group executives & salesforce teams and externally with customers
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – excellent customer relationship management
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Strong ability in problem solving
