Role Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for leading & managing the sales team to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, overseeing day-to-day team operations, building & maintaining client relationships, and analyzing sales performance to drive continuous improvement.

Achieve or exceed team revenue, gross profit, and close-rate targets, and ensure all customer interactions reflect the company’s brand standards of professionalism and integrity.
