Senior Data Analyst – Data Integration & Analytics (Python, SQL, Power BI)

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst – Data Integration & Analytics to design and maintain robust PowerBI datasets and dataflows, implement data governance best practices, and execute data transformation processes to convert raw reviews and community discussions into structured formats suitable for self-service analysis.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI (DAX, Power Query, dataset management), SQL, and Python.
• Strong understanding of Data Governance principles (data quality, cataloging, security, and stewardship).
• Experience with Microsoft platforms, Azure, and AWS for data integration and automation.
• A ‘Citizen Developer’ mindset: the ability to build tools that empower others to answer their own questions, rather than just answering requests ad-hoc.
• Problem-solving mindset: the ability to figure out how to extract data from complex legacy systems and make it usable for business analysts.
• Excellent collaboration skills, with a focus on building productive partnerships with BTI and engineering.
