Role Overview
Support mission-critical initiatives across GDIT’s Federal Health Division as a Senior Financial Analyst. Partner with finance and program leadership to deliver analysis, reporting, and insights that enable accurate financial execution and impactful mission outcomes.
What You Will Do
Perform specialized financial analysis and planning activities, including budgeting, auditing, financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis. Provide monthly variance analysis and opportunity and risk assessments.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance (or related business discipline)
- 5+ years of related financial analysis experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions)
- Experience in Government Contracting
- Familiarity with financial systems such as Oracle EBS and Oracle Hyperion (or similar)
- Forecasting skills with the ability to understand the impact of business decisions on P&L
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings to financial and non-financial stakeholders
