Cadillac Sales Planning Manager

Role Overview

The Cadillac Sales Planning Manager is responsible for developing and executing sales plans that support Cadillac’s volume, revenue, and brand objectives. The role leads sales forecasting, volume and mix planning, inventory monitoring, dealer target setting, and performance analysis across the Cadillac portfolio.

What You Will Do

Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales plans for the Cadillac portfolio, prepare accurate sales forecasts, monitor planned versus actual sales performance, and recommend volume, model, and variant mix priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or a related field
• 5 ~ 7 Years of experience in same field
• Significant experience in automotive sales planning, commercial operations, sales analysis, or a related function
• Strong understanding of automotive sales cycles, dealer operations, vehicle allocation, inventory management, and market dynamics
• Proven experience in forecasting, target setting, performance reporting, and business planning
• Advanced proficiency in business reporting tools
• Experience with premium or luxury automotive brands
• Experience managing sales planning for multiple models, variants, or markets
• Exposure to vehicle importation, logistics planning, allocation processes, and customer order management
• Experience working with dealer networks and conducting dealer performance reviews
• Familiarity with regional automotive market dynamics, foreign exchange impacts, pricing changes, and customer expectations
• Experience supporting new model launches and go-to-market planning
