Role Overview
The Sales Manager is responsible for training and growing sales teams, providing excellent customer service, and meeting sales goals. The role involves working with sales and design teams, customers, and contractors to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.
What You Will Do
Provide customer service, train and mentor sales teams, meet with customers and contractors, respond to customer inquiries, and negotiate with vendors. Additionally, you will set sales goals, research credits and returns, and provide feedback to sales teams.
Why It Might Be a Fit
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in the building materials/construction industry, 5+ years of sales team management experience, and excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED diploma
- 1-3 years of related experience or training
- 3+ years of experience in the building materials/construction industry
- 5+ years of managing a sales team
- Valid driver’s license
