Role Overview
Good Karma Sports is seeking an experienced, results-driven Marketing Consultant to join our ESPN Milwaukee sales team. As the flagship home of the Milwaukee Brewers, Milwaukee Bucks, Wisconsin Badgers and Marquette Golden Eagles, along with local sports and talk programming, ESPN Milwaukee connects brands with highly engaged audiences across multiple platforms.
What You Will Do
Develop new business, build long-term relationships with advertising partners, create customized marketing solutions utilizing ESPN Milwaukee and Good Karma Sports assets across audio, digital, social, video, live sports and events.

Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the Milwaukee market, sports media or advertising sales
- Experience selling play-by-play/live sports and/or existing relationships with advertisers who target sports content preferred
- Strong network and relationships within the Milwaukee business community
- Goal-oriented and creative self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong follow-through
- Strong communication, organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative teammate who can work effectively as part of a team and independently, with a willingness to seek, accept and provide feedback
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, Microsoft Office and emerging technology
- With this career, you are required to hold a valid driver’s license
