Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to help us drive demand generation and business growth. This role involves building, experimenting, and improving demand generation campaigns across paid, email, and content channels. You’ll have ownership and visibility, with a short line to senior stakeholders and real autonomy.
What You Will Do
Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns, own campaign delivery end-to-end, write compelling copy, manage and optimise HubSpot workflows, partner with Sales to measure and optimise the funnel, and build new demand generation initiatives.

Requirements
- Independently built and delivered demand generation campaigns with measurable commercial impact
- Experience experimenting across multiple channels, both digital and offline
- Strong, audience-aware copywriting skills
- Understanding of marketing automation (HubSpot ideally, Salesforce a bonus)
- Ability to work effectively with Sales and understand the connection between marketing activity and revenue outcomes
