Email Marketing Product Manager

Role Overview

Join Goodwin’s Global Operations Team and make a real impact on a global scale. As a Product Manager, you’ll own the technical architecture, configuration, and integrations of the email platform, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys (CIJ). You’ll partner with team members across Marketing Strategy, CRM, and Business Intelligence and Analytics to establish technical standards, prioritize platform enhancements, and ensure CIJ evolves in alignment with business priorities and enterprise technology requirements.

What You Will Do

Own CIJ architecture, configuration, and environment governance, build, test, and deploy email campaigns and automated journeys in CIJ and Cvent, collaborate with cross-functional teams on integrations, and manage and mentor in-house team and external production resources.

Requirements

• 6-8 years of proven work experience in email marketing or an equivalent role
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Journeys platform knowledge and experience integrating email platforms with CRMs and analytics tools required
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification preferred
• Experience with Cvent or a comparable event management platform preferred
• Experience with email testing and validation tools, such as Litmus, Email on Acid, or Sandbox
• Experience working with workflow management tools, such as Workfront, Trello, Asana, or Jira
