Role Overview
Drive measurement, analysis, and testing initiatives supporting global and regional marketing programs. Lead the development of analytical roadmaps and scalable solutions to address complex, ambiguous marketing challenges. Provide actionable insights and evidence-backed recommendations to key decision-makers, directly impacting business direction.
What You Will Do
Directly analyze large data sets, design and perform statistical analyses, and design customized dashboards and data visualizations to effectively capture data, track trends, and share insights.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a research or quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience
- 7 years of experience designing, scoping, and executing research and analysis projects
- 7 years of experience translating business problems into research questions and translating research findings and insights into marketing recommendations
- Experience managing research and measurement agencies
- Experience designing and customizing analytical dashboards and data visualization tools
- Experience in statistical problem solving and analyzing data sets using SQL or comparable coding language
- Expertise in social platforms, content formats, and algorithmic trends, including the YouTube ecosystem, creators and culture
- Experience managing paid social campaigns
- Track record of optimizing workflows, scaling operations, and driving team agility, including experience leveraging AI to accelerate insights, strategy and implementation
