Role Overview
The Strategy and Operations Lead will manage the Go-to-Market Operations team, ensuring the smooth execution of Google’s Ads business in EMEA. The role involves setting go-to-market strategy, overseeing business monitoring, and executing strategic initiatives.
What You Will Do
Manage planning cycles, oversee business monitoring, execute strategic initiatives, and collaborate cross-functionally to identify and resolve operational blockers.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

- Demonstrated ability to lead complex strategic and operational initiatives
- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Strong collaborator with ideas, energy, determination, and a passion for the business
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communicator with great presentation skills
