As a Key Account Manager (KAM) – FMCG, you will drive new business opportunities while maximizing revenue from existing clients. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Rewards, Payments, Food, Enterprise & business development to package compelling solutions & identify new client opportunities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in key account management or business development (FMCG, e-commerce, or tech preferred)
- Experience exceeding sales targets and growing client revenue
- A “hunter” mindset combined with consultative selling and negotiation skills
- Data-driven, with experience analyzing campaign data to extract actionable insights
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills to handle concurrent projects
