Manager, Inside Sales

Role Overview

As a Manager of Inside Sales, you will lead a team of 10-12 sellers to exceed revenue and profitability goals by growing targeted customers and acquiring new customers. You will report to a Regional Sales Vice President, Inside Sales, and be responsible for developing and executing coaching plans, observing and providing real-time coaching, and maintaining a deep understanding of market conditions and customer needs.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and executing coaching plans, observing and providing real-time coaching, maintaining a deep understanding of market conditions and customer needs, leading strategic territory planning, and identifying seller strengths and development areas.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED
• 5+ years sales experience in B2B solution-based selling environment focused on revenue attainment and goal orientation
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing sales teams
• Coaching capabilities, both in-the-moment and through structured development plans
• Financial acumen with a demonstrated ability to forecast, manage sales pipelines, identify trends, and escalate key concerns
• Track record of leading teams to exceed revenue goals and key performance metrics
• Ability to leverage data and market insights to drive strategic planning and execution
