Marketing Operations Manager (AI & Automation)

Role Overview

As our Marketing Operations Manager (AI & Automation), you will build the AI tools and automations that help our marketing team spend less time on repetitive work and more on what they do best.

What You Will Do

Build AI tools and workflows that take repetitive work off the marketing team, automate how we follow up with leads and customers in our CRM, and look after the technical side of our website.

Why It Might Be a Fit

You will join our Marketing team in Vienna and work closely with marketers across our markets, our RevOps team and our central AI team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Hands-on work building automations, AI workflows or internal tools
• Built tools that other people use, with no-code and low-code tools like n8n and AI tools like Claude
• Understanding of how code, APIs and data fit together
• Fluent English, spoken and written
• Experience in marketing, growth or a start-up is a plus
• Knowledge of HubSpot or another CRM is a plus
• Coding background is a plus
