Lead the new vehicle sales department at Bob Howard Hyundai, developing and executing sales strategies, coaching a high-performing team, and ensuring operational excellence. What You Will Do
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, develop and implement effective sales strategies, recruit, train, and mentor sales consultants, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
