GTM Leader
As GTM Leader, you will architect the revenue engine for a high-growth security startup navigating the AI wave. You’ll own the strategy to scale revenue from initial foundations to $100M+ ARR, leading a world-class team and defining the playbook for a category-defining product in a $12B+ addressable market.
What You Will Do
- Define and execute the global GTM strategy across segments, markets, and channel-friendly routes-to-market to ensure repeatable and scalable success.
- Scale the sales organization from 10-15 reps to 50+, leveraging your network to recruit, coach, and retain elite-level security sales talent.
- Drive strategic value-selling to C-suite buyers at 1,000+ person organizations, increasing average deal sizes from $50K to over $250K.

- Entrepreneurial builder who thrives in ambiguity and has a track record of developing AEs through structured coaching and accountability.
