Role Overview

As a Senior Consultant, Enterprise Growth, you’ll serve as a trusted strategic advisor, partnering with executive leaders to support enterprise growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who thrives at the intersection of healthcare strategy, business development, market intelligence, and mergers & acquisitions.

What You Will Do

You’ll help shape enterprise decisions, evaluate transformational opportunities, and support initiatives that position Emplify Health for continued success. Your responsibilities will include enterprise growth strategy, business development & strategic partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, market intelligence & strategic analysis, service line growth planning, and enterprise growth planning & portfolio support.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare strategy, business development, mergers and acquisitions, corporate development, strategic planning, management consulting, or related field
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional strategic initiatives
• Experience developing executive-level analyses, recommendations, and business cases
• Experience influencing senior leaders without direct authority
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills
• Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
• Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen
• Ability to handle highly confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
