Role Overview
As a Business Development Manager, you will identify new customer potential, develop existing partnerships, and drive targeted growth forward for the South West region. Your focus is on the strategic expansion of our controlled business in Germany, especially in the areas of sea and air freight.
What You Will Do
Your tasks include proactively approaching potential new customers, developing existing customers, and driving targeted growth forward. You will also plan and conduct customer meetings, presentations, and negotiations independently, and keep an eye on the market, competition, and relevant trends.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for someone with several years of experience in outside sales or business development, ideally in sea and air freight logistics. You should be able to communicate confidently in German, negotiate confidently in English, and have a strong understanding of medium-sized customers’ needs.
