Role Overview
As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact for new prospects, build and maintain a structured and healthy sales pipeline, and conduct discovery to understand customer needs early in their journey. You will work remotely in Germany and be part of a diverse, international Sales Development function working across multiple regions.
What You Will Do
Act as the first point of contact for new prospects, build and maintain a structured and healthy sales pipeline, conduct discovery to understand customer needs early in their journey, improve and test outreach approaches, and align with Marketing on outbound programs.

Requirements
- First experience in sales / business development
- High self-motivation, curiosity, and a proactive attitude
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging new contacts
- Positive, team-oriented mindset
- Familiarity with CRM tools or sales automation platforms is helpful
- Excellent verbal and written German communication skills (native)
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (proficient)
