Role Overview

The Data Analyst partners with the Quality Management Department to turn quality data into clear insights that drive decisions. This role builds and maintains the tools, databases, and reports needed to collect and organize quality data.

What You Will Do

Develops/builds tools/databases necessary for effective and efficient data collection, creates/builds reports, collects data and submit reports, maintains QA databases accurately, and performs other administrative functions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree of Arts or Science
  • Experience in data management, computer programs necessary for the job; including EMR / EPIC
  • Prior experience in healthcare QA data management role required
  • Extensive employee and outside contacts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient computer skills that include but are not limited to Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite
