Sales Operations Specialist

Role Overview

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing all forecasting activities associated with customers and products, and directing the demand planning team to create and maintain forecast models for customers, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from multiple sources.

What You Will Do

Develop and maintain SKU-level demand plans for assigned regions, customers, channels, and product groups. Prepare statistical and judgmental forecasts across multiple planning horizons using historical performance, commercial inputs, promotions, product lifecycle changes, and market information.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, and relevant experience in demand planning, forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), supply chain planning, or related discipline.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Engineering, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Relevant experience in demand planning, forecasting, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), supply chain planning, or related discipline
• Experience developing forecasts at the SKU, customer, region, or product-family level
• Strong analytical skills, including advanced Excel capabilities and the ability to translate data into business insights
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain forecast changes, risks, and recommendations
