Role Overview
We’re hiring an experienced, hands-on leader to shape GTM Strategy & Operations for Harvey in APAC. You’ll join the Revenue Operations organization, which serves as the core strategic and business partner to Harvey’s global GTM teams, with a mission to drive sustained, efficient growth and operational excellence.
What You Will Do
Partner with APAC Enterprise Sales Leadership to define field strategy for APAC and ensure alignment with Harvey’s global GTM operating model, enabling predictable, durable revenue growth across the region.

Requirements
- 10+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Strategy & Operations, or a closely related field.
- Experience in high-growth technology environments combined with backgrounds in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, strategy/management consulting, or similarly analytical roles is strongly preferred.
- 2+ years of people management experience leading high-performing, analytically oriented teams.
- Demonstrated track record as a strategic business partner to senior GTM leaders, with the ability to build trust, navigate diverse working styles, and influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
