Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead who can act as the deputy to the Head of Department and take ownership of day-to-day digital marketing execution, team coordination, campaign performance, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, keyword research, website optimization, content strategy, analytics, lead generation, and digital campaign management.
What You Will Do
Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, lead SEO activities, plan and manage PPC campaigns, review and improve website pages, create keyword-driven content plans, monitor campaign performance, and prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements
- 5–7 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
- Strong practical knowledge of SEO, PPC, keyword research, website optimization, analytics, and lead generation
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, or similar platforms
- Ability to review websites, campaigns, reports, and content from a business and performance perspective
- Experience managing or guiding a small digital marketing team
- Good communication, planning, reporting, and coordination skills
- Ability to work with leadership and convert business goals into clear marketing execution plans
